Abstract

This case study is written to understand challenges faced by an entrepreneur in convencing management to move from a family managed business to professionally managed business. As an entrepreneurs orvercome the fear of diversifying family busines and setting up completely defferent business E-bicycle named SPERO. learn the art of dealing with uncertainly as faced by startup's in india. This case highlights behavioral science aspect of challenges in bringing change in society at lrge to refrain from being judgemental when it comes to bicycling as a mode of transport. It would be an interesting classroom discussion to understand how social change can be brought in urban transport system by enabling commuter to use bicycles instead of private of public transport by tweakling public policy.
