Artiﬁcial intelligence is a type ofadvanced technology thatcan learn by itselfas well as improvise itsjudgment, when provided with vital data. This case is an attempt to evaluate the crucial role ofartificial intelligence in the human life. This case also deliberates the existing adoption ofartiﬁcial intelligence in the variousfacets oflife as well as evaluate whether India would be able to successfully build an artiﬁcial intelligence ecosystem and drive adoption across diverse categories in the market with emphasis on retail environment.
