However, Paytm hasfaced challenges ofonlinepayment transactions andprocesses. Hence, it has its own issues on its quality ofpaymentprocess. ls 100 percent of Success rate mandatory for any service provider? Are the product/ service, price/charges, promotion/ awareness, place/ availability, physical evidence /website, people, and the process eorrectlymanagedbyPaytm?
