Abstract
The present case describes a situation which arises in afactory and halts production in the plant. This case illustrates the situation in detail and the steps taken by the management to resolve the issue. It is a beautifulstudy ofhandling industrial relationsbetween unitmanagementandsurrounding rural community. The ruralpopulation is a significantstakeholder in this unit.
